Esteemed directors, student officers, administrative staffs, press team, guests and fellow delegates,
Welcome to KISMUN 2020! My name is Suah Yoo, and I will be serving you as the president of the Human Rights Council.
Preparing for this year's KISMUN conference, those who have no MUN experience would be full of fear and anxiety. However, our committee is for those who are novice. We, chairs, are aware of your concerns. Consequently, we will try not to coerce or pressure our delegates. You are a delegate, but before that, you are human. Humans are not perfect, and therefore, make mistakes and may acquire assistments. I will always be present in or out of the conference to help you as chair, and will never criticize you that you aren’t qualified to be a delegate. So, don’t be hesitant, and come to us chairs whenever you need us.
Delegates often go through pressures that might be difficult to endure. However, please don’t feel reluctant towards Model United Nations, and don’t give up. After the rain comes the rainbow. MUN experiences shall award you with precious memories. Our conference shall also remain as a memory among you and us.
I am happy to finalize my MUN career with this 9th MUN conference as the president of the Human Rights Council, the only beginner committee ever. I truly wish this year’s conference to be memorable for both of us. Let’s enjoy our conference!

Greetings delegates!
My name is Hyein, the head chair of the Human Rights Council. As our committee is the one and only beginner committee of KISMUN, I am more than happy to take part as chair. I hope, and assume my delegates feel the same way as I do. Delegates, welcome to KISMUN 2020. I shall welcome you all with open arms. I am very delighted to serve you all as my honorable delegates.
I, as chair of HRC, have no doubt that my delegates will perform great during KISMUN 2020. I have faith and trust in every single one of you, and do believe that everyone in our committee has the potential to grow as an amazing delegate. I, and the other two wonderful chairs beside me, shall always be there to assist you during the whole process. Feel free to ask anything any time. I promise to always be present for you guys. I truly hope my wholehearted intentions have been understood clearly. As much as I have hope and faith in you guys, I expect you all to trust me as much as I trust you. I believe trust among people is the most crucial component in anything that requires teamwork. I strongly believe I, and every other member related to KISMUN 2020, have the ability to lead the committee, KISMUN 2020, to success. I won’t let you down, and you shall not let me down either.
Just to warn you before anything bad happens, any disrespect towards the admin, press staff is unacceptable. Once you do show rude behavior towards them, be prepared to kiss your certificate goodbye. To conclude, delegates, you are in good hands. Have fun, and ignite your passion!

Honorable chairs, esteemed delegates,
I am Yu Min, the Deputy Chair of HRC. Nice to meet all the delegates participating in KISMUN 2020.
Fortunately, albeit COVID-19 is giving inimical effects to the world, KISMUN 2020 has started. As an initial experience as the LDP member, I apprehend the viewpoints of the beginners, especially the delegates of the HRC committee. Some of you guys would be sufficient with fervor, however, others might feel anxious about the upcoming debates. For these delegates, I would like to say only one thing. KISMUN is never a place where it gives burden to the delegates. All the thing you guys need to do is igniting the passion.
However, for those who still deem that other people’s help is mandatory for the passionate attitude, I am in the HRC committee to support. As a Deputy Chair of HRC, I will endeavor on providing the delegates with motivation and benefits. Besides, strict behaviour would be excluded from me during the conferences as much as possible. Well, I believe that not only the delegates but also the Chairs should have enthusiastic attitudes. Based on this standpoint, I will also work hard as I could so as to lead the delegates to the veracious atmosphere of the debates.
