Kim Chae Hyeon
Honorable Delegates, Chairs, Organizers and directors,
My name is ChaeHyeon Kim and it is my great pleasure to serve as Head of Admin at KISMUN 2020.
This is my second time to attend in KISMUN and the first time being a Head of Admin. It is my first time to play such an important position during KISMUN. So I underwent a lot of incidents and difficulties. However thanks to the Directors, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General and Admin teams, I was able to overcome these difficulties and I can confidently tell that we had performed the admin role.
KISMUN 2019 was extremely valuable and hallowed experience for me to develop further. Therefore, on KISMUN2020, I will endeavor much harder and try to contribute much better circumstances for the delegates to debate.
During KISMUN 2020 our Admin team will support most of things which the delegates’ needs such as, note paper, microphones, beverages and snacks. Also we will provide an appropriate background to progress preferable MUN by cleaning up each committees and printing resolutions. Through these activities my final goal achievement is to help the delegates to concentrate on the debate without any difficulties and I wish my admin team to experience precise and valuable time.
I sincerely hope that everyone involved in KISMUN 2020 to make memorable memory. Thank you.

Honorable delegates,Student Officers and guests,
My name is Hye Jung Shin, and it is a pleasure to serve you as a Deputy of Admin.
This is my 4th MUN conference and I have participated as a delegate. The beginning of my story traces back to MUN SG, when having a debate. Because of the low temperature, I requested admin to adjust the temperature. However, it was not accepted due to people who felt hot. At that moment, the admin took off her jacket for me to wear and I was deeply moved when this happened. For this reason, I have been thought of grateful for the admin staff, who supported making a better environment for delegates to have a fruitful debate during MUN.
Fortunately, I got a chance to take part in the Deputy of Admin, which is the position able to return my favor for all delegates participating in this KISMUN. Therefore our admin team will support all of the participants till the end to have a productive debate. I highly hope that everyone participates in this event to have a debate without any difficulties.
“Ignite your passion” is the topic of this year. LIke the topic, I wish all of you to ignite a passion and try the best all the time. Furthermore,I desire this KISMUN to be a time for delegates to grow further. Have a great experience through this conference and see you soon at KISMUN 2020.
